Accepting a vehicle request creates the booking, and the slot on that vehicle's availability calendar changes from 'Waiting on confirmation' to 'Booked', so it can't be booked again. Both companies are notified in the app and by email and find the booking in their calendar. Until a driver is linked, the slot shows 'Needs driver', and you're reminded to add one before the notice period the requester chose, between 4 and 48 hours ahead.

Yes. Each vehicle has fields for tail lift and lifting capacity, cooling unit brand and temperature range, crane, ADR, pallet capacity, loading dimensions and body type, among others. Partners can filter the Network on several of these, including tail lift, crane, ADR, body type, load capacity and loading height.

No. Vehicle and driver management, availability calendars, and maintenance and damage logs are all included in the Free plan, within its limits of one user and up to four vehicles. Upgrading to the Paid plan raises those limits; it doesn't unlock separate fleet features.
