Partnership agreements are signed electronically by both companies inside Droppr, using Droppr's standard template or your own company template, or you can upload a contract you've already signed elsewhere. The agreement is between you and your partner: Droppr isn't a party to it and doesn't set its terms, so its legal effect depends on its content and the law that applies. If in doubt, check it with your legal adviser.

Droppr warns the carrier and its partners before the document expires and again once it has expired, and asks the carrier to upload a new one. Until then the carrier's compliance score drops, and if it's the transport licence, the score goes to zero and the carrier is hidden from the Network directory. The partnership itself isn't ended automatically; it only expires when its contract end date passes.
