The Free plan includes one company profile, one user, one partnership and up to four vehicles, at €0 a month with no payment required. Within those limits you get fleet and driver management, automatic document reading and expiry alerts. Browsing the Network directory and requesting partners yourself requires the Paid plan, but other companies can still invite you.

With yearly billing you pay twelve months of your monthly price minus 15%, invoiced once a year. The price calculator shows both options for your configuration, and all prices exclude VAT.

You can't go past them: when you reach a limit, Droppr stops the action, such as sending another partnership request or inviting another user, and asks you to upgrade. On the Paid plan you choose higher numbers for each limit, starting from the Free plan's limits.

Yes. You can change your quotas at any time from your subscription settings: increases take effect once they're paid, and decreases are scheduled for the next billing cycle. You can't go below what you currently use, so remove the extra users, vehicles or partnerships first.
