Once your company is onboarded, it's listed in the Network directory unless you switch it to invisible in your company settings, and only vehicles set to public appear there with their availability. Shipper companies aren't listed. A vehicle request is only visible to your company and the company you send it to.

A Standard partnership is an ongoing relationship: you can agree prices per vehicle type and sign a contract with a validity date and a notice period, which makes it easier to book that partner again. An Occasional partnership is a temporary one, created when you book a vehicle from a company you don't work with yet, and its agreement runs until the end of that booking. Both count towards your plan's partnership limit once they're active.

No. You can join on the Free plan at €0 a month, and other companies can find your company on the Network and invite you to partner. With a free account you can only become a partner by invitation; to browse the Network directory and send partnership requests yourself, you need the Paid plan.
